Service Cancellation

Naturalnnboutiqu provides styling consultation services. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with sufficient notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Service cancellation initiated by Naturalnnboutiqu
  • Documented service issues that prevent delivery of agreed-upon services

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. This fee helps cover preparation time and reserved appointment slots.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. We may require full payment before rescheduling future appointments.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Service Modifications

If you are not satisfied with your styling consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address concerns and may offer a follow-up session or partial refund at our discretion.
